Course Cancellation Policy: If notice is received at least (i) 14 days in advance of the course, the Customer is entitled to a full refund, (ii) 7 days of the course, the customer is entitled to a full course credit which must be used  at the next available Birth Know How Cork Doula Course with Bridget. Customer is not entitled to a refund or course credit if less than 7 day advance notice is given. Failure to provide notice at least 14 days in advance of the course obligates the Customer to pay the full price of the class.
 
Birth Know How Cork Doula Course reserves the right to amend or cancel the date, time and location of the course including replacing the personnel who may be scheduled to deliver part or all of the course. In the event a course is cancelled, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Birth Know How Cork Doula Course shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Customer as a result of a cancellation or amendment.
